Jeffrey discovered his passion for real estate while working with a local agent to sell his home. At the time, Jeffrey was embarking on a successful career with a major telecommunications company, and was relocating from Cedar Rapids to Austin, Texas, for the first of what would be several promotions.
The friendship they formed, and the guidance he received at such a pivotal point in his life, made a lasting impression. So much so that despite his continuing advancement in his career, Jeffrey completed the necessary 210 hours of training and passed the rigorous exam to receive his Texas real estate salesman license.
An appreciation for Midwest values and lifestyle
While he enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the big-city living, Jeffrey longed to be close to family and once again experience the sense of community he felt growing up in Cedar Rapids.He returned home with a newfound appreciation for Midwest living, and a commitment to pursue his dreams of building a successful real estate career.
Building on his strong skills in project management, customer service and technology, he earned his Iowa broker license and Accredited Buyer Representative designation, a decision that has proven to be beneficial for both Jeffrey and his customers.
